• Identify when a customer is at risk of churning and taking proactive steps to prevent it

• Generating reports on customer health, engagement, and other key metrics

Qualifications:-

• Proven experience in customer service or another client-facing role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Basic technical knowledge, including a working knowledge of CRMs
