The incumbent will manage a team of customer-facing professionals who are responsible for providing world-class customer service and support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Develops and executes customer retention, expansion and profitability initiatives that achieve or exceed company goals.
2) Provides leadership and expertise in all aspects of customer management, including, but not limited to, customer retention, expansion, profitability, satisfaction and support.
3) Manages team of customer-facing professionals who are responsible for providing world-class customer service and support.
4) Identifies areas for process improvement and develops strategies to improve customer experience.
5) Meets regularly with senior management to report on progress of customer objectives and provides recommendations for improvement.
6) Monitors and analyzes customer data to identify trends and opportunities
