Requirements:

1. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct quality checks and audits on various banking processes and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
   • Identify errors, discrepancies, or gaps in processes and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
   • Maintain accurate records of quality control findings and communicate findings to management.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and improve quality control procedures and standards.
2. Process Improvement:
   • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and increased efficiency.
   • Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative solutions and implementing best practices.
   • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and track their impact on quality control measures.
   • Provide training and support to staff members to ensure adherence to quality control standards.
3. Compliance Monitoring:
   • Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends related to banking operations.
   • Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.
   • Collaborate with compliance teams to address any identified compliance gaps or issues.
   • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

Experience as a Fresher:

• No prior work experience is required. However, any internships, academic projects, or coursework related to quality control, banking, or process improvement would be advantageous.
