BPO Executive is responsible for providing leadership and management to the Contact Center team. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the center and develops and implements strategies to improve service delivery, quality and efficiency. This position is responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer service or call center environment
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a contact center or BPO environment
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
