Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
  2. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections, providing insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
  3. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel or financial software.
  4. Solid understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, and key performance indicators.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors, anomalies, and trends in financial data.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  8. Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
  9. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry dynamics, market trends, and financial analysis specific to the healthcare sector is an advantage.
