Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in coordination or management role in back office operations.
Strong knowledge of accounting and human resources processes .Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: -
Coordinate and manage all aspects of back office operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources.
Maintain data integrity of back office systems.
Oversee internal audit process and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: -
- Conduct financial and operational audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop audit plans, including risk assessments, scoping, and testing methodologies, ensuring coverage of key areas and potential risks.
- Perform detailed audit procedures, including data analysis, sample testing, and documentation review, to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
- Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management, highlighting areas of concern and proposing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
