Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of various transactions and activities.
- Process and verify documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and compile information required for reporting and analysis.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal teams or external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Assist in handling routine office tasks, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure adherence and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications and data entry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
