Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

-At least 2 years of experience in online marketing

-Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and practices

-Experience in SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques

The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase online sales through our company website. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, as well as a strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and practices.

Responsibilities:

-Provide front-line customer support to clients via email and telephone

-Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner

-Record and track customer feedback in order to improve our products and services
