The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for providing front-line customer support to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting customer issues.
-Provide front-line customer support to clients via email and telephone
-Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
-Record and track customer feedback in order to improve our products and services
