Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex projects within the banking or financial services industry.
  3. Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  5. Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and familiarity with project management software.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and managing project constraints.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and meeting project deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  9. Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  10. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
