Additionally, the Customer Care Executive will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and escalating issues as necessary. If you are a patient, organized individual with excellent communication skills, we want you!
-Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to support the company’s growth objectives
-Manage all aspects of the marketing mix, including paid search, organic search, social media, email marketing, and event marketing
-Measure and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Kissmetrics)
-Generate original content for use in marketing collateral (blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies)
