7. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional development.
8. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
9. Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
