   • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
2. Stakeholder Management:
   • Establish and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders, both internal and external.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, coordination, and alignment of project goals.
   • Facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and resolve issues.
   • Address stakeholder concerns, manage expectations, and proactively identify opportunities for stakeholder engagement.
3. Project Delivery and Quality Assurance:
   • Oversee project implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
   • Conduct regular reviews and quality assessments to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are of high quality.
   • Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive project success.
   • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively navigate complex project challenges.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of project life cycles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines and budgets.
