Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle office correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating courier services as needed.
- Maintain and update various office records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using office software and tools.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Support the HR department in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
