The Chat Agent will provide exemplary customer service to our external and internal customers. They will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing solutions and support, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Chat Agent will be responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

1. -Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and support
2. -Maintain customer satisfaction
3. -Resolve customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• -At least 1 year of customer service experience

• -Familiarity with computer systems and Windows operating systems
