5. Maintain organized records and documentation related to title research and analysis.
6. Assist in the preparation of title insurance policies, ensuring all requirements are met.
7. Stay updated with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to title research and analysis.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth title transfer processes.
9. Provide support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders regarding title-related matters.
10. Assist in the resolution of title-related customer inquiries and concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Real Estate, Law, or Business.
